Ayuverda medicine teaches that we must maintain harmony between soul, body and mind. The so-called doshas are made up of 2 elements each and directly reflect on our health, they are: Pitta (fire and water) | Vata (space and air) | Kapha (earth and water).
We must always seek to keep them balanced so that our body works in its entirety in a healthy and full way.
After much study and dedication, the collaboration between Desin and Kim resulted in 3 complete and exclusive herbal teas that can be taken alone or together 1 to 2 times a day.

Heat 200ml of water and, before boiling, add the sachet, cover and wait 5 minutes.
You can drink it hot or chilled, with ice added.
It can be stored 24 hours in the refrigerator.
You should not add sugar or sweetener (you can add lemon or orange slices)
Take preferably hot in the morning or afternoon.
It should not be consumed by pregnant women or breastfeeding mothers.
