In the event that the information presented does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the Customer has the right to terminate the purchase and sale contract under the applicable legal terms.

The customer or user should not disclose their access data to the FARMA TO GO website, in order to prevent third parties from accessing their account and personal data.

The customer or user must not use false identities.

The customer or user must provide their personal data and addresses correctly, so that the FARMA TO GO logistics team can process orders properly.

The customer must undertake to insert and immediately report any changes through his account on the FARMA TO GO website, being solely responsible for the veracity of the personal data communicated.

Any delay in delivery or impossibility of processing the order due to an error or lack of data communicated by the customer is not the responsibility of FARMA TO GO.


The user or customer must have a valid email account in order to place the order at www.farmatogo.com. Customer registration is not mandatory to make purchases. However, we advise you to do so in order to maintain your purchase history in our store and be able to obtain discount coupons, take advantage of promotional campaigns, among other advantages.

At the moment you complete your purchase, you will receive an automatic response via email, confirming your purchase and summarizing your order. You can download your order summary. This will still be available on your account page. In the event of a mistake in filling in the data, or if you detect that they are not correct, you must immediately request their change or the cancellation of the purchase made.

In case of non-confirmation of payment or non-compliance with these Conditions and General Terms of Sale, FARMA TO GO reserves the right not to accept your order, or to cancel it in whole or in part, even after automatic confirmation of same.


The processing of the order is carried out only after confirmation of payment, FARMA TO GO does not guarantee the availability of the articles until the beginning of said processing.

The customer will be informed about the estimated delivery date of the order. The estimated shipping time may vary depending on the destination of your order.

FARMA TO GO does not ship orders on weekends or holidays. Therefore, to estimate the delivery time, only working days should be considered. Any delay verified in the dispatch of articles, in view of the estimated dates presented, does not confer the right to compensation.

The satisfaction of all orders placed on the website is subject to product availability. It is FARMA TO GO's policy to try to ensure that all items offered for sale on the website are in stock. However, FARMA TO GO reserves the right not to accept or cancel orders already confirmed for products that are no longer in stock. In case of unavailability of the product and/or out of stock, the customer will be informed of the partial or total cancellation of his order, being entitled to a refund.


Orders will only be considered confirmed and processed after they have been charged.

Even if you have obtained order confirmation, if the ordered products are no longer available at the time of your last access to the website or upon receipt of your order, FARMA TO GO will immediately inform you of their unavailability.

If the products you ordered are unavailable, FARMA TO GO will refund the order amount.

FARMA TO GO reserves the right to refuse any order, regardless of the reason and is exempt from liability for any damages or costs, as well as the right to cancel any purchase even if it has already been accepted or confirmed by FARMA TO GO, namely in the following situations:

The information on the invoice is not correct or verifiable;

The order is flagged by the Security Systems of the website as an incorrect, irregular order, or an order susceptible to fraud;

When payment for the order has not been received within a period of 2 business days following the submission of your order;

When it is not possible to deliver the order to the address provided by the customer.

If it considers that the client did not have the capacity to perform that act. If it is verified that there was an error in the presentation of the price of the product(s);


FARMA TO GO determines the selling price of each product, which can be changed at any time without prior notice.
In the unlikely event that the price shown on the checkout page is incorrect, we reserve the right not to sell the products at that price. We always try to ensure that the prices of products displayed on our site are accurate. However, unintentional errors can occasionally occur. If there is an error in the price of the products ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will have the option of accepting the order at the correct price or canceling it. If you choose to cancel and have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund.

The sale price of the products indicated on FARMA TO GO includes VAT at the applicable legal rate.

The total price at the end of the purchase includes taxes and shipping or delivery costs. When you confirm your order, the amount payable will be specified.

Shipping costs are calculated per order and depend on the country and location where your order will be delivered and, where applicable, the total value of the purchase.


The payment methods available are those listed at www.farmatogo.com. We do not accept any payment method other than those mentioned.

In credit card payments, all details will be sent by encrypted protocol to the company that provides remote electronic payment services, without third parties being able to access the information transmitted. This information will not be used by FARMA TO GO, except to carry out the necessary operations for purchase or refund, in the event of return in accordance with the exercise of the right of return, or for reporting cases of fraud to the police authorities.

For payments by ATM reference, we will only start processing the order once payment has been received. You should make the payment as soon as possible, as if you do not make the payment within 2 days of placing the order, it will be canceled. Once 2 calendar days have passed since the order was placed, and if we have not received any payment, the order will be canceled.

Payments by ATM reference are only available for payments made in Portugal.


FARMA TO GO will only sell quality items and original and 100% genuine products at www.farmatogo.com.

The customer benefits from a guarantee against defects in the purchased product. Defects will only be considered deteriorations that occurred before the delivery of the product. If the customer understands that the product is defective, he must inform FARMA TO GO via email info@farmatogo.com. The customer may choose to replace the product or refund if the defect is confirmed.


Shipping costs associated with your order will be billed per order, i.e. if you order more than one item, you will only pay shipping costs once.

If the customer enters the wrong address and the order is sent via a freeshipping campaign (shipping with free shipping), we will charge the shipping costs.

For shipments to archipelagos and foreign countries, shipping costs will be calculated automatically depending on the total volume of products purchased.

If shipped to countries outside the EU, or a non-EU European country, or territories with a tax exception context (for example, the Canary Islands), parcels may be randomly selected by customs and/or health authorities for inspection and the Duties are the responsibility of the customer. If duties are applied to the order, the amount of import tax may be applied on the value of the products plus the shipping cost.

In certain destinations, other taxes may be charged. These values are the responsibility of the customer and must be confirmed by him, considering the value of the order and the type of product.


All products available at FARMA TO GO are authorized for consumption in Portugal.

It is the customer's responsibility to confirm whether there is any law in their country that prevents the importation and consumption of any product or substance contained therein.

In cases where there is a ban on the entry of products, several situations may occur:

* When the product is automatically returned as soon as it arrives at customs in the country of destination, as it does not have entry authorization, the return of the value of the products will be made in a discount voucher, less the value of transport costs and any taxes or customs costs associated with the return;

* When sending by express courier, returns without authorization to enter the country of destination imply the customer will be charged the costs of transport back to origin, as well as all costs of import and customs clearance associated with the return. The customer will receive a discount voucher for the value of the products minus the total return costs. We will always try to question the customer to find out if he prefers the return of the products or the abandonment of the goods and consequent destruction. In some destinations, this is not possible because the order is instantly and automatically returned to the sender. In these cases, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the return.


Delivery times should be considered merely indicative, without prejudice to FARMA TO GO making every effort to ensure compliance.

Although FARMA TO GO keeps the stock of its products up to date, there are some products obtained directly from the manufacturer, which may delay your order. FARMA TO GO works continuously to offer the best products and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

After confirmation of payment, the shipping time may vary between 1 to 2 business days in normal periods. During promotional periods or festive seasons, shipping times may increase. All orders placed after 13:00 do not count as dispatch time the same day, but the next business day.

In any case, delivery of the order will take place within a maximum period of 14 days from the day following receipt of the order confirmation email, unless an event of force majeure occurs.

It is possible that an order containing more than one product will be delivered at different times.

Any delay verified in the dispatch of articles, in view of the estimated dates, does not give the customer any right to compensation.

In case it is not possible to deliver the products for reasons attributable to the customer, the order value will be refunded, except for delivery costs, when applicable.

FARMA TO GO is not responsible for placing the wrong address by the customer when placing the order.


All delivery times are estimated, and any physical or structural impediment may prevent them from being met.


We ask that the customer check his order as soon as he receives it and always before using the products. Any incident must be immediately reported so that we can investigate.

Customers are asked to provide details of the fault and attach images of the packaging and/or product to the message so that we can more quickly and easily assess the situation. Do not accept your order if the packaging shows any signs of tampering. If you suspect the integrity of your order, you must refuse delivery. The promotional offers or commercial campaigns published on the website www.farmatogo.com are valid only for the period and under the conditions mentioned in the file of each article on sale. In the case of returning items purchased within the scope of commercial campaigns or promotions, you will be credited or delivered only the amount you actually spent on the purchase of the product you intend to return or exchange.


FARMA TO GO will only be responsible for damages suffered by the customer in the event that such damages result from violations attributable to the contractual obligations of FARMA TO GO before the customer or in the event that liability results from the applicable legal law.

FARMA TO GO cannot be held responsible for damages suffered by the customer as a result of improper use of our products.

FARMA TO GO is not responsible for damages resulting from incorrect information on the website or on the product itself.

All products marketed by FARMA TO GO comply with Portuguese and EU legislation.

FARMA TO GO declines any responsibility in case of violation of the legislation of the country where the order is delivered. It is up to the customer to check with the local authorities the conditions for importing or using the products he intends to order.


These Terms and Conditions and all emerging disputes that are related to these general conditions, including their validity, the use of the website www.farmatogo.pt or any purchase therein must be governed by Portuguese law.

In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions, FARMA TO GO and the customer undertake to endeavor to obtain a friendly solution, which is fair and adequate, within a maximum period of 60 (sixty) days from of receipt of the communication addressed for that purpose by any of the parties involved.


FARMA TO GO has the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The customer is subject to the principles and terms in force on the date of his order, unless the law or competent authority imposes any amendment to them.
