Fill the measuring cup up to the marked line (15ml).
Rinse undiluted 2 or 3 times a day for 1 minute, after brushing.
Try to ensure that the mouthwash comes into contact with the entire surface of the mouth.
Do not rinse or eat or drink for 15 minutes after use.
