PRODUCT RETURNS

At FARMA TO GO, customer satisfaction is our primary objective, so our Returns Policy is easy and transparent.

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be sealed in its original, undamaged, untried packaging. If the packaging is damaged and the items show obvious signs of use, we will not be able to accept a refund or credit for the amount.

If the product you want to return belongs to a pack, you must return all the products that make up the pack.

You must ensure that the product is accompanied by all components: samples and offers, among others, respecting the original shipping conditions (if the product to be returned was associated with a promotional campaign or if the purchase allowed you to win a product as a gift, the customer must return the product together with the gift);

You must keep the invoice, and a copy of it must accompany the return of the product to FARMA TO GO.

You should contact our Customer Support via email info@farmatogo.com, communicating the intention to exchange or return, indicating the order number or invoice number, products to be returned and reason.

After this contact, you will be given the instructions to proceed with the return. Under no circumstances send the items without prior contact as they will not be considered for return.

After having contacted our Customer Support and having been given the return details, you must send us the item duly packaged and under the conditions mentioned above, to our address:

Returns of the following products are not accepted: Food (including milk, porridge, jars, etc.), orthopedic articles with specific measures, compression stockings, any other personalized article and others that do not belong to this group and have been indicated in the act of ordering. purchase.

If you choose to refund or credit the amount, refunds or credits will be made for the total amount of the order (products plus shipping costs). In the case of a refund, the cost of processing it will be deducted, using the method chosen by the customer. If the reason for the return is not the responsibility of our service - in these cases, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Returns will only be made after checking the status of the product and compliance with the conditions described above.
