Wash and clean your nose with soap and water, dry completely.
Make sure your nose is free of cream, oils and makeup.
Remove the liner and avoid touching the adhesive.
Center the nasal patch on the nasal septum as shown in the image.
Press and rub outward on the edges of the nasal patch so that it adheres completely.
Press and hold for 30 seconds.
The nasal patch is positioned correctly if the rounded tab is in the center of the nasal septum.
The flexible part of the nasal patch should be just above the nostrils.

How to remove: Wet the nasal patch with warm water. Gently lift both ends and remove slowly to reduce the risk of injury. Discard the used nasal patch.
