Vitamin C and Selenium that contribute to normal skin and have an antioxidant action.
Hyaluronic Acid, a natural constituent of the skin, where it binds with water to help lock in moisture and diminish the appearance of wrinkles.

Take 15 g per day (1 measuring spoon) dissolved in 150 ml of water.
It can be mixed in yogurt, vegetable milk or fruit juices.
It is not recommended for pregnant and lactating women.
