Take 1 capsule daily, preferably before breakfast.
If necessary, you can take up to 2 capsules a day.

Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
Do not use for long periods of time due to hydroquinonic compounds that, if used for a long time and uninterruptedly, can be hepatotoxic.
Caution when administered concomitantly with warfarin.

Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, Vaccinium macrocarpon (Cranberry; 130:1 dry extract of the fruit containing at least 40% PAC-proanthocyanidins-), gelatin, L-ascorbic acid, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, D-biotin.
