Take 1 capsule daily in the morning during sun exposure.
Start at least 15 days before the first exposure.
The capsules should be swallowed whole and with plenty of liquid.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Keep out of reach and sight of children.
You should not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800 mg of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG).
