Make sure your skin is clean, dry and free from any creams.
Remove the protective film on the back of the product and apply the patch to the area you want to treat, making sure it adheres correctly to the skin.
The sticker can be cut to the desired size to fit smaller areas.
Leave the product to act for 8 to 24 hours, depending on your needs; replace it with a new one if necessary, for up to 30 consecutive days.
After using it, close the bag again with its zipper.

External use.
Do not apply to eyes, mucous membranes, sensitive skin or open wounds.
Keep out of reach of children.
Store in a dry, cool place away from light.
Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
For adults and children over 12 years old.
If obvious irritation or hypersensitivity to the product occurs, stop treatment.

The patch consists of two layers, an outer layer with copper and zinc bands and an inner adhesive layer containing arnica and harpagophyte extracts.
