Now Vitamin D-3 1000IU & K2 45mcg is a food supplement indicated to help maintain bone and joint health.

Vitamin D-3 contributes to the normal absorption and use of Calcium and Phosphorus.
Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
Vitamin C contributes to the synthesis of Collagen and normal bones.

–Provide essential nutrients for bone health
–Absorb and fix calcium in the bones

Take 1 capsule, once or twice a day, with meals.

For 1 capsule:
Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol) (from Lanolin) - 25 mcg (1000 IU) (500% VRN)
Vitamin K2 (as Menaquinone-4) (MK-4) - 45 mcg (60% VRN)

Other ingredients: Rice Flour, Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Ascorbyl Palmitate and Silicon Dioxide. Does not contain: Wheat, eggs, gluten, soy, milk, fish and shellfish.
