Aquilea Sono Forte is an improved formula of Aquilea Sono, with a more complex and more targeted composition for a faster sleep induction, less night awakenings and a deep and restful sleep from the beginning of the night.

Its formula with Passiflora, California Poppy and Gryphonia helps in the natural production of melatonin in the middle of the night, preventing nocturnal awakenings. Contains 1.95mg of Melatonin.

With a 3-layer tablet technology, designed to help induce and maintain quality sleep throughout the night. The first layer contains 1.95mg of Melatonin to help you fall asleep, along with Piperine, Vitamin D and Vitamin B6 for a synergistic action.
The second layer is released during the night and contains Gryphonia, with 5-HTP, precursor of serotonin, Passionflower and California Poppy, to maintain the quality of sleep and avoid night awakenings.
The third layer continuously releases Valerian and Lemon Balm, which help to relax and help maintain restful sleep throughout the night.

Take 1 tablet 30 minutes before going to bed. Suitable for adults and teenagers from 12 years old. Does not cause habituation.
