Adults and children from 6 years old.
Dilute in water (or yogurt/juice). When mixed with water, it quickly forms a gel that gently acts on the intestines. After mixing, consume immediately.

1-4 doses per day (assess the degree of constipation); 2 hours before or after taking other medications.
