Before sun exposure, apply 3 fingers of the product to your face and neck. Reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after sweating, swimming or toweling off.
Do not stay in the sun for too long, even if you are using sunscreen. Excessive sun exposure is dangerous. Avoid sun exposure between 11am and 4pm. Do not expose babies and young children to direct sunlight. Wear protective clothing (wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses, T-shirt, etc.). Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water. Reducing the amount of sunscreen will greatly reduce the level of protection.
