Nutriwell Collagen Total Care 300g is a collagen and glucosamine-based supplement that can be used to maintain the health of skin, hair, nails, bones and joints.

Collagen is a protein that provides structural support to tissues such as skin, tendons, bones and cartilage. As we age, it becomes fragmented and its production decreases, leading to sagging and wrinkles, as well as degenerative joint disorders such as osteoarthritis. Supplementation with Collagen may help to increase hydration, elasticity and reduce the appearance of wrinkles and improve the symptoms of osteoarthritis.

Glucosamine and Chondroitin act in a complementary way and stimulate the formation and regeneration of cartilage and connective tissue. They confer mechanical resistance and flexibility to cartilage, and also have anti-inflammatory properties.

Hyaluronic Acid is found naturally in the skin, where it binds with water to help lock in moisture. The natural aging process, exposure to UV radiation and pollution can decrease its amount. Supplementing with Hyaluronic Acid can help prevent this decline. Hydrated skin can even reduce the appearance of wrinkles. It is also important for joint lubrication.

Take 15 g per day (1 measuring spoon) dissolved in 150 ml of water.
You can choose to mix it with yogurt, vegetable milk or fruit juices.
