For the first 10 days, take 1 ampoule (10 ml) twice a day, preferably before breakfast and lunch.
Over the next 10 days, reduce the dose to 1 ampoule (10 ml) per day first thing in the morning. Shake vigorously until the active ingredients deposited are completely dispersed.
Dissolve its contents in a glass of water.
It is not recommended for pregnant women, breastfeeding women and children. It should be taken with caution when taking antidepressants. Rarely, some gastrointestinal disorders may occur.
