As pudding:
Place the contents of one sachet in 120ml of cold water and stir with a fork until completely dissolved, or in a shaker until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes or until desired consistency is reached. Consume within the next 10 minutes.

As mousse:
Place the contents of one sachet in 120ml of cold water and stir with a fork until completely dissolved, or in a shaker until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add 1 or 2 beaten egg whites to the mixture and mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Refrigerate until desired consistency is achieved. Consume within the next 10 minutes.
