Try not to urinate in the four hours before the ovulation test and avoid excessive fluid intake before testing – you may find it easier to use the first urine of the day.
Place the absorbent tip facing downwards in the urine stream for 5 to 7 seconds (if you prefer, collect a urine sample in a clean, dry container and soak the absorbent sampler for 15 seconds).
Keep the sampler pointing downwards or place the test rod on a flat surface (during the test, never hold it with the absorbent tip facing upwards).
The display shows the result in 3 minutes.
