Children 3 to 6 years old: 1 capsule per day. Open the capsule and add it to food.
Adults and children over 7 years: 1 or 2 capsules per day taken with a large glass of water, during a meal.

Do not mix with liquid or food that is too hot (above 500ºC) or cold.
It can be used during breastfeeding and from the 2nd trimester of pregnancy.
It should not be taken by immunocompromised patients, nor should it be opened near patients with venous catheters.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
