Melatonox is a dietary supplement containing melatonin that helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. This formula is designed to address sleep disorders, particularly insomnia, and reduces the effects of stress, anxiety, and depression.

Caution should be taken when taking substances that increase melatonin levels, such as: fluvoxamine, cimetidine, quinolones, estrogens (contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy) and 5 or 8-methoxypsoralen (5 and 8-MOP).
Also take caution when taking substances that reduce melatonin levels, such as carbamazepine and rifampicin.
Smoking can decrease melatonin levels.
It should not be combined with anxiolytic medications, MAOI-type antidepressants (monoamine oxidase inhibitors) or antiplatelet agents.
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, L-Tryptophan, Valeriana officinalis L. (Valerian; root extract containing at least 0.3% valerenic acids), anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, melatonin.
