As often as necessary
Before sun exposure, apply 3 fingers of the product to your face and neck. Reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after sweating, swimming or towel drying.
Don't stay in the sun for too long, even if you use sunscreen.
Exposing yourself too much to the sun is dangerous.
Avoid exposure to the sun between 11:00 and 16:00 hours.
Do not expose babies or small children to direct sunlight.
Wear protective clothing (wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses, t-shirt, etc.).
Avoid contact with eyes and, if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
