How to use

CHILDREN FROM 3 YEARS OLD: For difficulty falling asleep or restless nights: take 1 dessert spoon (10 ml) at bedtime. For children who are more restless during the day: repeat the dose at breakfast. CHILDREN OVER 7 YEARS OLD: When it is difficult to fall asleep or restless nights: take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) at bedtime. For restless children during the day: repeat the dose at breakfast. Shake before taking.
