Ergoforte Essencial is a food supplement that helps maintain or restore the body's balance in the face of an incorrect diet, daily stress, intense intellectual and physical exhaustion, changes in the gastrointestinal tract that compromise the absorption of nutrients, convalescence situations or bedridden patients, among others.

Children aged 3 and over: 1 teaspoon (5 ml), two to three times a day, depending on nutritional needs.

Adults: 1 tablespoon (15 ml), two to three times a day, depending on nutritional needs.
Take preferably after main meals.

Malt Extract, Cereal Extract, Legume Extract, Vitamin C, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12 and Inulin.
