Take 1 dose per day.
Dilute 20ml of the product in a 1.5-litre bottle of water and drink throughout the day, preferably between main meals.
If preferred, you can dilute the 20ml in a large glass of water and take it first thing in the morning, ensuring you drink plenty of water throughout the rest of the day.
Shake the bottle well before each use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
