Take 1 dose per day.
Dilute 20ml of the product in a 1.5-litre bottle of water and drink throughout the day, preferably between main meals.
Alternatively, you can dilute the 20ml in a large glass of water and take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, maintaining a high water intake in the following hours.
Shake the bottle well before each use. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
