Take 1 capsule per day.
Swallow the capsule with a large glass of water, preferably during one of the main meals (such as lunch).
Recommended programme: Start taking 1 month before sun exposure, continue during the exposure period, and maintain consumption for 1 month after sun exposure ends to prolong your tan.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Melanin (from Olive), Lycopene, Lutein, Beta-carotene and Copper. Full composition: Dry extract of olive fruit (Olea europaea) standardised in melanin, dry extract of tomato fruit (Solanum lycopersicum) standardised in lycopene, capsule shell (gelatine, colour: iron oxides), dry extract of marigold flowers (Tagetes erecta) standardised in lutein, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (Vitamin E), beta-carotene, copper gluconate, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide).
