1- Remove the protective cover from the device.
2- Position the device with the ceramic contact surface on the affected area of ​​skin and press it lightly.
3- Press the button. The ceramic contact surface heats up to a temperature of approximately 51 °C. As soon as this temperature is reached, an LED lights up and an acoustic signal sounds – the application starts and lasts for 3 seconds.
4- After 3 seconds, the signal sounds again, the LED goes out and the device switches off automatically. That’s it – you can relax now!
